A global financial client of ours is hiring for an HR Generalist to join their team for a full-time remote opportunity.
This role will be far from one dimensional. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for HR functions including but not limited to, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. You will be the main point of contact for all US employees regarding any questions. You will report to the CHRO and will be working with clients all over the United States. You will participate in developing organizational policies and procedures. You will have a high level of autonomy and an appetite to expand your knowledge.
As an HR Generalist, you will bring a self-starter mentality to this role. You will have a minimum of 3 years of general HR experience. Having experience on a global scale is a plus! You will have excellent organization and structural skills. You will also thrive in a culture where willingness to learn and collaboration is key to succeeding.
