About our Client
We are delighted to partner exclusively with one of the leading players in the FMCG Manufacturing sector. With strong YOY results and business expansion across all the markets, they are recruiting for a high calibre senior HR professional to influence and support their leadership team in strategic matters.
Reporting to the VP of HR, the HR Director APMEA will play a critical role in conceptualising and driving HR strategies and initiatives to support their high growth markets. Being a trusted advisor to the leadership team, the HR Director APMEA has the commercial acumen to understand and pre-empt any business insights and/or challenges which their markets may face, and provide the necessary HR interventions. Amongst their HR strategies, there will be a continuous focus on their talent pool, which includes talent development, talent engagement and the talent "readiness", across diverse markets.
The Successful Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in supporting and driving a high growth and matrix environment. As a proven senior HR Leader with 15 years of experience, you should have deep understanding of the FMCG Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Engineering industries, preferably with regional / international exposure. You possesses an analytical and problem solution mindset to partner and influence a diverse leadership team in APMEA, as well as ability to drive a high performance culture and excellence in HR.
