HR Data & Analytics Manager
Downtown NYC (currently remote)
Up to 120k base plus bonus
Our client is a dynamic professional services organization looking to hire a HR Data & Analytics Manager, which will add a new capability to their small and evolving function. This role will report to the Head of HR alongside several HR Business Partners and Recruiting professionals and will be charged with building the firm's processes and templates and delivering all people metrics. Additionally it will work with the CEO and other senior leaders to support their reporting and presentation needs.
This hire will bring at least 5 years of experience performing reporting within the HR function and the excellent analytical skills such a role requires. You will have excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at minimum, but ability with other advanced reporting tools would be appreciated. You have the ambition to develop and build an HR Analytics capability in a fast-paced, flexible and nimble environment.
