For this role of HR Co-ordinator, you will be specialising in Global Mobility and Immigration for the HR team of 8. You will be reporting in to the Global Mobility Specialist. The company's London office is the heart of transfers and you will be instrumental in looking after the whole process for inbound and outbound moves across Europe, USA, Australia and South Africa to name a few of their main transfer countries. Using their Workday system and Excel you will be responsible for completing immigration and right to work checks, audit and data entry, processing transfer requests and engaging in various lines of communication with movers. You will be engaging with various senior stakeholders and movers across several countries. There will also be various projects to get stuck in to in the role and you will be involved in helping shape their work around Brexit policies. This is a collaborative and varied role where you must be happy to be flexible to support the team where needed.

My client is looking for someone with previous HR experience with immigration and global mobility processes. You must be collaborative, adaptable, and flexible, plus be organised with a strong eye for detail. This role would ideally suit someone from the professional or financial services industry. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills for liaising with employees and senior stakeholders.
