A global FinTech organisation has a need for an HR Coordinator to join their HR team based in Sydney CBD. In a period of exciting growth, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who wants to learn from some of the best in their field. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be responsible for providing coordination and supporting to the HR team providing a great opportunity to gain insight across all verticals of HR.
Key responsibilities will include:
- New starter and onboarding including drafting employment contracts, pre-employment screening, induction schedules and related admin
- Subject matter expert for HRIS responsible for data integrity
- Admin and coordination for specialist teams including Global mobility, payroll, health & safety, and wellbeing
- Coordination of learning activities including scheduling training courses, supplier management, training materials and monitoring feedback
- A HR qualification is essential along with previous experience in a similar role
- Must be a fast learner and able to demonstrate initiative
- Strong capability with systems
- Likely to have 2+ years' of relevant HR experience
- Demonstrate ability to build solid relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Natural eye for detail
- Effective communication skills with confidentiality at all times
Salary circa $70k + super + bonus + benefits
