This multi-national company is looking for a HR Consultant to support them through a period of change.
This project-based role will involve managing change and restructure for a particular area of the business.
Working closely with key stakeholders and HRBPs, you will lead the process end to end which will require experience of organisational design and restructure and have a solid background in employee relations.
You will have a consultative approach and will have excellent stakeholder management skills.
While you are likely to be on-boarded remotely, you will need to be able to travel into the Melbourne office when required.
