Our client, an incredibly well funded start-up with a global footprint, is seeking to hire an HRBP to help them establish their HR capability in the U.S. as they have just launched in the U.S. market with plans for significant scaling. This company is one of the hottest new tech start-ups in the market with a goal of an imminent IPO. It is incredibly well-capitalized and already has considerable scale globally.
As they plan to grow in the U.S. market, they are looking to hire several HR business partners to support what is a very small footprint at present, but will be quite considerable in the near future. They essentially need to over hire for the role, as the pace at which they intend to scale in the U.S. will result in this individual having a much larger and more considerable scope of responsibility within the next 6-12 months. The ideal candidate will have a relatively stable, progressive track record and proven success in rapidly scaling tech-enabled start-ups, with experience implementing the HRBP function and depth of expertise in employee relations, talent development, policies and procedures, HR systems, compensation, management coaching, and HR data & analytics. 5+ years of experience would be ideal. Our client is looking to pay a competitive salary for top talent which will be inclusive of base salary, bonus, and equity.
