Reporting to the General Manager based in Jakarta, the HR Business Partner will be an advisor to the leadership team, where he/she will have the opportunity to design and drive important HR strategies and roadmap for the market. This role is an individual contributor role, supporting a headcount of 100, who are part of the commercial workforce. The individual will be required to cover full end to end HR operations, as well as partnering with the business to ensure that employees are engaged and motivated.
The Indonesian business is part of the growing markets and stakeholders are ambitious and works fast. The HRBP must know how to manage competing deadlines on projects, and strong influencing skills to work with their stakeholders.
Essential: Minimum 7 years of HR operations and business partnering experience, in multinational firms. A bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline is highly required. The client is looking for someone who is highly resilient and mature to manage senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
