We are managing a new and exclusive HR Business Partner search with an exciting global Fintech MNC looking to launch a new business line in Singapore and grow across Asia.
In this standalone role, in a strategic and operational position, based in Singapore, you will partner directly with the Leadership team as well as the parent company to leverage resources and the CoE's where appropriate. The organisation is scaling fast and as a result, they are looking for a hardworking, fun and performance driven individual to join the team.
Reporting in to the Chief of Staff, this is a truly exciting role where you will get to join a new firm as the first HR person on the ground and help build the HR function from scratch leveraging the parent company tools/policies and frameworks. This role would have dual reporting into the business and the wider HR function in the successful parent company.
This is a position where you can really shape and create! This will be a fast-paced and commercial role. You will lead, develop and execute all people aspects for this new exciting line of business. For example, you will; advise leadership, help drive organisation capability, drive key HR projects (D&I, Wellbeing), develop the operating model, talent management & succession, drive reward processes, manage HR policies and manage HR Ops.
A blend of corporate and start-up experience in Singapore
Ideally from a Financial Services background and Technology
Comfortable operating as a individual contributor (min 8 - 10 years of HR experience).
