Senior HR Business Partner
We are pleased to partner with a global Energy company on the search for a Senior HR Business Partner to support their growth in Asia. With the transformation within the sustainable energy in recent years, our client has continued to innovate and create relevant products and services, and better position themselves as leaders in this growth across the markets, by deploying forward thinking HR strategies and roadmaps to support their future ready organization and employees. Hence, the client is recruiting for a high level HR Business Partner to support one of their most ambitious and high growth markets in Asia Pacific.
The Senior HR Business Partner will be the main advisor to the Asia team to develop a purposeful and high-performance culture by creating, driving and innovating HR roadmaps and strategies to ensure they are equipped with the right talent in place with the necessary HR tools to deliver people agenda especially in high growth markets such as Singapore, China, India, Japan and etc. As the business continues to grow in the near future, the Senior HR Business Partner should take a lead in reviewing and recommending organization effectiveness in order to deliver the relevant structure and capabilities required for the overall strategy in Asia.
The Senior HR Business Partner will support and partner different stakeholders to be able to draw an insightful and meaningful understanding to the business / commercial challenges and requirements to influence and inspire leadership accountability and employee engagement. Working closely with the global and regional HR partners, the Senior HR Business Partner will support the roll out and development of global initiatives and be the advocate for the Asia Pacific markets.
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will require a seasoned HR Business Partner with at least eight years of relevant experience preferably gained from high growth, fast paced environment. As this is a regional role, you should have prior experience in delivering HR deliverables and strategies within Asia Pacific. You should possess a high business acumen and ability to translate relevant HR strategies or programmes to support a highly agile and ambitious business model. You are an effective communicator and influencer who is able to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, a team player who can manage and prioritize time competitive projects.
