I am working with an exciting, progressive and innovative International client at the forefront of driving new and alternative energy solutions. They are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support a couple of head office functions in addition to three small sites based in the UK and Europe.
Reporting to the HR Director, this position will have responsibility for business partnering a head office function of c.100 based in Manchester, a small project team in London, and three very technology and automated led sites of c.130 headcount in total. Working closely with the COE and HR Operations you will support Business Leaders from a strategic perspective to increase people capability and drive business performance. This will include performance management, culture and talent development, reward, HR transformation and employee engagement in addition to ensuring that all polices and procedures are being adhered to. You will also work very closely with the HRD for Group led projects and programmes, and partnering with Executive leaders.
You will be an experienced HR Business Partner and likely to have worked within a similar environment supporting a head office function and possibly with Site based exposure too. This will suit someone with a DTE and flexible style but also able to push back and challenge leaders in an appropriate manner, and used to working with a diverse workforce. This is a fast paced and highly commercial business and you will need to be able to demonstrate being able to work at pace and with a strong consultative approach to Business Partnering.
The company operates a flexible working policy and you would be expected to be in the office for c.3 days/week.
