A very exciting opportunity to join an innovative, progressive and fast paced Technology/Engineering business based in Bristol. These are newly created HR Business Partner positions aligned to Engineering and Corporate head office functions.
Reporting to the HR Director, these positions align strategically to the senior leadership teams with hands-on operational responsibility within a business that is growing rapidly. While driving and shaping the People Agenda and its delivery you will be involved across a broad range of projects and programmes including: organisational design, talent management & development, succession planning & performance, policy and process improvements, leadership development and coaching.
This will suit someone with existing HR Business Partnering experience and gained within technology, engineering, aerospace or a similar industry sector. This might be a high performing SME or a larger corporate and where you are looking to have more impact and visibility across an entire business. This is a hi-tech organisation that is seeing significant investment and growth, you will need to have proven ability of thriving in a fast paced environment and understanding of drivers surrounding people decisions.
You will need to be able to access central Bristol but the company does have a flexible working policy and you will only be required to be in the office 1-2 days/week.
