A truly exciting business within the real estate space is looking for a HR Business Partner to lead its UK offering. As the firm moves into new territory as an organisation, and grows it offering, its people agenda and employee proposition also takes an ever greater role centre stage. To develop this, the firm are looking for a HR Business Partner to lead them through this journey and join a wider HR team as they move forward as an organisation.
Working within a small/mid sized organisation, this is a truly generalist position covering all elements of the employee life cycle. With a HR Advisor supporting you this role is a perfect balance of strategy, change, and future people planning as well as cyclical HR activities and working with the wider group in relation to operational HR projects and initiatives.
Reporting into the Head of HR this role will see you leading the people agenda for the UK and working closely with European colleagues to offer a seamless HR service.
The firm is looking to meet with candidates already operating at HR Business Partner level with proven experience of change management, organisational design, performance and talent management as well as having managed a wider team. You will be a solid HR Generalist and can demonstrate solid experience of working as a commercial HR Business Partner with strong stakeholder management experience.
The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience within professional services and be operating as a commercial HR Business Partner. You will be fully CIPD qualified and have solid people management experience.
