I am excited to be working exclusively with a world-leading media organisation on their search for a HR Business Partner.
This private equity owned business is looking for a HRBP to report into the HR Director, supporting the full headcount of employees in this small to medium sized organisation. The majority of employees are based in their London office with a handful based internationally.
In this role you will be responsible for the operational aspects of HR including employee relations (they don't have a huge amount of disciplinaries but you will be dealing with maternity/paternity, stress etc), performance, reward, recruitment and more strategic projects around culture & engagement, embedding behaviours, training and upskilling line managers, identifying and building a high potential programme and launching an employee survey.
The business is looking for a HR Generalist with both operational and strategic experience. You'll be prepared to roll up your sleeves as it is a small team, and you'll enjoy working with all levels of stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail is a must!
The business is open in terms of sector background and would be happy to consider candidates looking to step up from a Senior HR Advisor role as well as those already operating at HR Manager/HR Business Partner level.
Salary: £50-55,000 + great benefits including a generous holiday allowance, opportunity to work 1 day a week WFH post probation, discounted gym membership and private healthcare.
Location: Central London, close to major rail and tube stations
