We're partnering with a life sciences industry client based in Westchester County, NY to hire a Senior HR Manager with experience supporting a sales population. This position will support a client population of about 200-230 employees, most of whom are in the Sales organization scattered nationally, with a handful of Finance professionals who sit onsite locally. This role reports to an HR leader who sits in the divisional headquarters for this business unit, based in another state, but you'll have the benefit of working alongside an HR Manager peer, who supports a different client population within the same business unit, and an HR Coordinator, both of whom sit onsite.
The company has an evolving HR business partner function and is looking for HR professionals with 7+ years of progressive HR partnering experience inclusive of employee relations management, talent development, leading HR projects, rolling out HR initiatives to the local business unit, and day-to-day HR service delivery support. Prior experience supporting a sales population, or working in the life sciences industry is strongly preferred. Experience with sales compensation planning would be a plus!
