I am working with a global banking institution, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with change experience. This role will be an initial 6 month contract, supporting the development of a new HR model, creating the full employee lifecycle so that it can stand on its own as well as owning the full generalist lifecycle.
This client has spun off from the parent company and is in the process of establishing itself as an independently operating business. HR is playing a core part in this, creating an HR model that allows for the continual development of it's employees as well as the ability to stand on its own. This will require someone who is a true generalist but has had exposure across change projects, with the ability to manage a day to day HR workload as well as advise leadership on how to create a self-sufficient business operating model.
This will suit somebody used to working closely with senior commercial management, a skilled track record of juggling multiple projects and stakeholders as well as an understanding of the fast paced environment that a global bank operates under.
