My client is a national organisation inspiring and developing children and young adults, building confidence, having fun and empowering them to be the best they can be. They are looking for a HR Business Partner to join their HR Team at an exciting time of a big transformation project.
As HR Business Partner you will support the Head of HR by working in partnership with senior stakeholders to deliver a strategic and operational HR service that works with the business to support the new People and organisational strategy.
You will provide both transformational advice and transactional support across all key areas of HR including workforce planning, retention, reward, organisational design and people development. This role will allow you the opportunity to lead on organisation design initiatives for the organisational transformation of a new five-year strategy facilitating a one team approach for strengthen the volunteer and employee collaboration.
Working alongside an additional HRBP and with one direct report you will be pivotal to driving the people and OD agenda, coaching and advising senior stakeholders on HR best practise and change management. A position with autonomy you will design and imbed a one team strategy for the employees and volunteers in order to create an efficient and transparent service for both. Working on induction development, policy changes and leading on new learning and development plans. Working closely with the Head of HR you will be a role model for culture change, employee engagement and collaborate with the HRBP leading on the implementation of a new HRIS.
To be successful in this role you will be a well rounded HR generalist who has worked on HR Projects start to finish. Ideally you will have a good understanding of L&D strategies or project work such as HRIS Implementation. You will have partnered with multiple stakeholders and be able to demonstrate your ability partner with them on change projects. You will be working with a driven and passionate team therefor you must be a team player happy to role your sleeves up and support where needed. You must have a CIPD or equivalent experience.
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + work from home options
