This successful, growing, global law firm, are looking for their first HR Business Partner to join them in their London office. At the start of a significant period of growth this firm need a solid HR Business Partner who along with the Global HRD and HRD EMEA will lead the HR function and prepare the business for this next chapter.
Working collaboratively with the Partners and wider Senior management team this role will see the successful candidate being involved is a wide range of key projects from leadership development, talent management, performance and HRIS. Driving the people agenda through the London office this is a pivotal role for the firm as London will now be seen as the hub for the business and where best practice will stem from.
The firm is looking for a solid HR Business Partner who has ideally gained both professional services and wider commercial experience, along with having worked in smaller organisations as well as larger. You will enjoy both hands on and strategic roles and being a true business partner to the firm and use data and analytics to add value.
