I am currently working on an exclusive basis with a Canadian headquarted investment management firm looking to hire a HR Business Partner for their London office. This is an exciting and newly created position reporting into the Senior Director for HR in London.
Over the last four years the firm has grown its presence in London and Hong Kong with further growth plans scheduled for this year. This role will initially be supporting London based employees but overtime will take on more responsibility across Canada and Hong Kong. The role itself is an end to end hands-on HR Generalist role where you will work collaboratively with the Senior Director of HR to run core HR process as well as taking ownership for various HR initiatives and projects. The HR team sat within Canada are responsible for HR admin tasks so this role really does allow you to act as a true HR Business Partner to the business.
To be considered for this role candidates need a background within the Financial Services space, all environments will be considered but candidates coming from small to medium sized Financial Services environments would be highly desirable.
