I am supporting a growing not-for-profit organisation in SW London, in their search for an HR Business Partner. This is a permanent role, paying £40-45,000.
Being part of a team of 5 and reporting to the HR Director, the main remits of the role are stakeholder management, TUPE transfers, contributing to the People Strategy, and managing appraisals. This is a great opportunity to get more involved with the strategic elements of HR as opposed to solely operational.
You will also be supporting and mentoring the HR Advisor. This will allow you to build on your coaching skills and line manage a member of the team.
This is a full-time role, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5. It is likely to be a two stage interview process.
On top of the base salary, this role also offers 32 days holiday, pension, and personal development/training.
