The job is for a HR Business Partner to join the most profitable team in the UK business. Reporting into the CPO you will be part of a small team for a population of 1000. Behind this is a group HR structure that will give you more support along-side the rest of the UK business.
To make things slightly more complex- the client group is so incredibly varied - there are so many jobs and specialisms in this company - and it is highly regulated!
The job of HRBP will work closely with managers, senior managers and future leaders to work on wellbeing, engagement and culture. They know when their staff are engend, happy and well they can deliver what they need to, and they will stay and develop with the business.
The cyclical HR stuff will still be there - but you have a small team around you looking after ER, recruitment and training. Your job is to work on how you're supporting the client group, whether your programmes are fit for purpose and what more you can do and how to make things even better.
To apply, you must have a very solid CV and have longevity in your jobs. You will have worked at BP level in the commercial sector. My client likes people who have worked in hospitality, retail healthcare, professional services and facilities etc.
