A fantastic Human Resources Assistant opportunity has opened up with an international law firm, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will sit within the generalist HR team based in London, and provide support to the team and the wider firm.
As the Human Resources assistant you will be delivering high quality HR services involving day to day responsibilities such as dealing with manager and employee queries, discussing probation, exit interviews, leave, flexible working, and health and performance management. You will also be assisting your HR advisors and business partners on HR issues and employee relations. You will be required to support with cyclical HR activity including performance reviews and annual rewards. Other responsibilities you will have includes working with your colleagues to contribute towards constant improvement across the HR functioning, and ensuring a steady workflow for the HR administration team.
As the ideal candidate, you will currently be an HR professional within a professional service firm. Your knowledge of IT and HR processes will be of a great advantage to you, along with your ability to pay attention to detail, and strong written and spoken English. The relationships that you build will be based upon trust, respect and service delivery. You will deliver customer service in a proactive manner, and be flexible according to the business's needs.
