We are delighted to work with a Manufacturing organisation in Worcestershire to recruit an HR Administrator/ HR Assistant on a permanent basis.
This is a generalist role reporting into a senior HR professional on site. You will be the first point of contact for queries from the business and undertake HR activities across the entire lifecycle including; supporting any recruitment on site, all HR administration including starters and leavers, updating employee files, employee relations support, and supporting the development and creation of HR processes and policies.
This is a great opportunity to work alongside an experienced HR Manager who will support your development. It would be very helpful if you have worked in logistics, manufacturing or engineering as in this position you will need to be confident, resilient and comfortable dealing with employees at all levels across the business from the shop floor through to the office.
