HR and Recruitment Coordinator, Permanent position, East Sussex, up to £27000+ benefits
As the HR and Recruitment Coordinator you will report directly into the Talent and Acquisition Manager and will source top talent to the business and manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring a high quality service is delivered to candidates from attraction stage through to their first day within the business.
This is a pivotal role and will be extremely busy and fast paced. You will be responsible for producing compelling and accurate job adverts, sourcing candidates across various disciplines, screening CV's to ensure they are relevant and compliant, arranging interviews and completing reference checks.
To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background in recruitment, whether in-house or with an agency, have solid experience of sourcing directly through multiple attraction channels and have the ability to prioritise a heavy work load. Having the knowledge to act as a brand ambassador, actively promoting and representing the company will be of great interest to my client.
