I have recently been briefed on an HR and D&I Manager role within a fantastic professional services property firm based in the city. The role will report into the Senior HR manager and will sit within a fun, engaging, collaborative and all-round wonderful HR team that we know very well.
The HR and D&I Manager role is an exciting opportunity within an HR team of 9 where you will be hands on in shaping the culture of the business and driving strategy to encourage a more diverse environment and embed inclusivity in everything that they do.
As the HR and D&I manager your role will be split roughly 50:50 between 360 generalist work and D&I work with the support of an HR advisor whilst working closely with the recruitment team to ensure their processes are reflective of the firm's D&I goals.
I am looking to speak to a well-rounded generalist who has experience working within the professional services sector with a preference to property and real estate. It is important that you have and deep interest and understanding around D&I matters so that you may share your knowledge and best practice across the firm.
