We are delighted to work with an ambitious, inquisitive, fast growth business to recruit a permanent HR Advisor/ Junior HR Business Partner to join their Liverpool or Manchester sites.
You will support 450 employees across two unionised sites; one in Liverpool and the other in Manchester, working closely with the HR Business Partner to cover and deliver across all areas of the employee lifecycle which includes recruitment, inductions, reward & performance and employee relations. Within reward & performance you will be responsible for the annual pay review, annual bonus payment/conversations, performance review and annual appraisals. You will be expected to manage your own case load and lead on disciplinary and grievance meetings.
The purpose of this position is to deliver the above whilst working with manager and the business to understand and predict people priorities and put the correct interventions in place such as skills and capability training, succession planning, restructuring or talent management.
Due to the fast paced and fast growth nature of this business and group, there will be lots of opportunity to progress and take on more responsibility, therefore I am specifically looking to speak to ambitious, hard working individuals who are comfortable working in fast paced, evolving environments. You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified or studying towards this qualification. You have excellent interpersonal skill and provide a consultative services to those you work with, adding real value and providing solutions and support to business needs. You work well under pressure; you are highly organised and comfortable travelling between sites.
