HR Advisor. East Sussex. Up to £38,000 + benefits
As the HR Advisor you will report into the Head of HR and will support the business to drive the people agenda for the overall success of the business. You will provide comprehensive, pragmatic and commercially focused operational support and will give advice and guidance on all matters relating to employee relations, employment law and general HR queries. This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will be accountable for a number of tasks that include coaching line managers with people management, supporting the smooth process of integrating employees from acquisitions, monitor key HR metrics identifying areas of concern and reviewing and updating all HR policies to ensure they are in line with current legislation. In order to retain top talent within the business you will work together with senior management to deliver the annual engagement survey and analyse the results, putting appropriate action plans in place if required.
To be successful in this role you be operating at a similar level, have demonstrable experience as a HR generalist and have the ability to write HR policies. If you are CIPD Level 5 qualified, have TUPE experience, have strong communication skills and have worked in a fast-paced and changing environment this will be of great interest to my client.
