This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to join a thriving marketing business whilst gaining some regional experience with different brands.
The HR Advisor will have the opportunity to mange all aspects of the employee life cycle whilst overseeing the general people agenda.
You will work closely with the retail operations team and the HR Advisor will support the day to day management of the teams outside of London also.
The HR Advisor will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a demonstrated ability of line management within ideally the retail industry with a strong understanding of all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Organisation will be key to this role as the HR Advisor will be trusted with several responsibilities with some occasional travel to another West location outside of London (around 5 times per month).
You will support and complete the induction for new starters, constantly looking at ways to improve the process, there is always room for creativity!
The HR Advisor will also have recruitment responsibilities, supporting managers with their hiring needs and complete probation meetings with staff. You will also have the chance to look at recruitment alternatives to help engage and attract the best talent to the business.
Employee relations is also something that the HR Advisor will be in charge of, conducting disciplinary meetings and ensuring that best practice is followed at full times.
