This Bristol based client is looking for an HR Administration/Operations Manager to lead a shared service administration team.
Managing a team of two, this role will support a UK and International headcount of c.2,000 to ensure that all global administrative tasks and processes are being designed and executed. This will involve working closely with in-country local HR team members. As such the team is responsible for all day to day HR queries, escalating more complex queries as appropriate, that includes the full employee lifecycle: recruitment support; onboarding; all HR administration processes; contractual changes; promotions; compensation information. You won't be involved in any ER related issues.
Ideally you will have worked in an HR shared service and/or have led an HR administration team. You will be able to demonstrate a strong track record and experience of developing and delivering robust and efficient HR administration processes and policies. A confident and articulate communicator, you will be able to manage key internal stakeholders and relationships at all levels.
This is a 12 month FTC with a strong possibility of then becoming a permanent position.
