I am working with an international construction firm on an HQ Compensation Analyst role (hybrid schedule) in New York City. This is a newly created opportunity for someone who has compensation analysis experience with employee populations of 10,000+. Your role is to analyze and administer compensation programs for their domestic and international employees. Possessing exceptional attention to detail, MS Excel and MS Access and strong analytical acumen is greatly desired. Our client offers an excellent working environment and employee centric culture. You will be reporting to the HR Compensation Manager supporting employees domestically as well as internationally.
