This Dubai based company is a leading organisation globally in the distribution space with a strong presence across the MENA Region. With impressive financial results, this reputable corporate is now looking to develop its talent strategy, and hence, have created this new role to oversee the development of talent in the MENA Region.
This new role will work with peers, and the executive leadership team, to design, roll out, and embed the corporate talent management strategy for the business. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the best talent is being retained and developed in line with the company values and their methodology.
The key priorities will be to develop a robust and forward-thinking succession planning methodology and process. You will have 2 Talent Advisors reporting into you to support with the operational aspects of the role.
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced in-house talent specialist with strong stakeholder management skills, and experience from a respected multinational company. You will have recently developed and embedded talent programs within a matrix structure.
