Based in beautiful City offices, this role is ideal for a senior reward manager looking for a career step up, or a current head of reward looking to secure an interesting new challenge and share their knowledge. Reporting into the HR D, this senior management position will see you deliver a high-quality (global) reward strategy that supports the firm's future growth plans. Key duties will be to develop and manage the delivery of international reward, associated frameworks, policies and refine the firm's 'Total Reward' concepts.
