We are currently working with a local Government business who have a new role for a Head of Reward to be based in the UAE.
Reporting to the CHRO, the Head of Total Rewards is liable for the establishment, application, and management of the total rewards strategy. You will oversee all aspects of the rewards programs, this includes developing compensation and benefits strategies, optimize the workforce and drive productivity.
Key Responsibilities will include -
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement the total reward strategy.
- Define total rewards policies, procedures, guidelines on pay reviews, promotions, performance.
- Conduct benchmark studies, and develop compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Lead the design and implementation of the performance framework.
- Design compensation packages, incentive plans, and bonus programs that align with the company's strategic plan.
- Design and advise on salary benchmarking and pay grading structures.
Due to the nature of this role an Arabic speaker is desired with experience in region in a similar role.
