Our client is a renowned leader in the FMCG industry. They have been achieving sound profits year on year and management has planned to take their business up to the next level. Right now, they are embarking on a transformational journey to new heights and are looking for a Head of HR, Thailand with strong transformational experiences to lead the charge.
Reporting directly to the APAC HR Director based in Singapore, you will take the helm of the HR Practice for Thailand and to embark on a HR transformational journey for the entire organization. You will work very closely with the CEO and the business leaders in conceptualizing the HR agenda and the over-arching strategy that will enable growth and strengthen the people capabilities. You will also be supported by a large team of HR professionals regionally and it will also be your task to build up the bench-strength of the HR competencies.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess approximately 20 years of HR experience with a minimal of 5 years in top HR leadership positions. The ideal candidate should be someone who has a strong understanding of the business and commercially minded. The successful candidate would have experience in delivering transformation while leading a sizeable HR team.
