A growing banking corporation is looking for a seasoned Head of HR to lead a small team based in their Hong Kong office.
Reporting to President of Asia, you will be working closely with stakeholders in Hong Kong in implementing and driving HR solutions and working to integrate HR strategies with business strategies. You will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management to designated business units. This position serves as a consultant to the business on all human resource-related issues. The individual will develop a plan for the business to ensure that resources are managed strategically. This individual will be heavily involved in projects such as talent management, employee engagement, and restructuring.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful application will have a minimal of 15+ years of HRBP experience and must be comfortable operating in a strategic, projects based and operational position. He/she will have a track record managing a similar sized HR team and have a track record directly working with C-suites/the Board and in Group matrix structure. This person must have excellent team management, numeracy, stakeholder management and communication skills (Cantonese is required).
