Our client, a leader in the monitoring services and technology space, is looking for a dynamic Head of Human Resources. In this role, you will lead a team of 10 direct reports while enhancing HR offerings to a well-established, privately held, organization encompassing 600+ employees. Sitting onsite at their Central NJ offices, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of progressive HR experience providing leadership and counsel to business leaders while developing a team of professionals around them. A proven track record supporting a variety of employee audiences from senior business leaders through non-exempt professionals will be a key ingredient for success. The role provides oversight of all things HR from values, culture and employee relations through HR operations, learning, performance management, recruitment, HR budget and beyond.
