Are you an HR Business Partner with a background in financial services? Have you had exposure working on various HR projects, operating within a CoE model and an ability to engage at all levels of the ER cycle? If so then I would be keen to speak with you on an HR Business Partner position that I am working on with a global corporate bank. This role will support the Operations division of circa 300 employees, work closely alongside the MD and their minus 1's as well as handle the full talent lifecycle across the Business Unit.
This position will work closely alongside the EMEA HR Business Partnering team, act as an advisory partner to the business unit as well as delivering on a mixture of hands on and strategic HR work. As the organisation is multiple thousands across EMEA this will need someone with a comfort level working in a matrixed business and understanding of regulated processes. Also, when this role demands for an HRBP this needs to be operating on the front line and delivering a day to day bespoke service for the commercia leadership.
Finally, a skillset in the ER space is essential. The HRBP teams handle the employee relations for their client group, so will include end to end casework across disciplinaries, grievances, absence management as well as some higher level and complex cases. If you haven't handled ER previously this likely wont suit. Alongside ER there is some restructuring of the BU's and Operating Model so this role will get involved as well, whether that is org design, change management or operating model efficiency.
