Group CHRO - Fintech start-up (SEA)

We are partnering on a truly exciting Group Chief HR Officer (CHRO) search, working with a rapidly growing Fintech Payments organisation across the region, with a clear vision and strong sense of purpose.

The high growth payments business has recently integrated with another leading payments player in the market, taking headcount to circa 1000 people+ across a number of countries. With this in mind, they are looking for a passionate and driven CHRO to join the organisation.

You will work closely with the CEO, COO & Head of Strategy to define and implement the Group HR / People strategy from scratch across a number of countries (largely SEA).

Operating in a strategic and handson HR role, supported by a relatively sizable HR team of 15 - 20 people, you will determine the strategic people priorities, lead the integration projects from a people perspective, enhance the HR infrastructure, translate the company-wide vision and mission in to people initiatives, driving a consistent culture across the organisation. You will develop the talent acquisition and talent management and development proposition, including reviewing succession planning and leadership development. You will put in place a fit for purpose rewards strategy and processes which aligns with the strategic objectives of the organisation as it continues to grow. You will define and implement a best in class HR function and HR Ops managing people processes from on-boarding to exit as the company and HR continues to grow and expand across the region.

You will be a Regional / Group Head of HR who is comfortable working on the group leadership team. Coverage of South East Asia is required!

You will ideally have started your career perhaps in a bigger corporate and transitioned in to a Regional or Global Fintech start-up a few years down the line due to your passion for building and creating something exciting! Financial Services, Fintech or Tech start-up experience is required, as is strong HR integration and change management experience.
