A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join a high growth global information services organisation based in Central London. This role will be part of an international recruitment function and will lead a team of graduate recruiters to deliver on ambitious and exciting 2020/2021 hiring plans.
The Graduate Recruitment Manager will drive strategic plans and ensure effective delivery for the full end to end graduate hiring process. This will include building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to define the employer value proposition and market positioning, developing creative talent attraction methods, ensuring effective and insightful candidate assessment, creating a fantastic candidate experience and utilising data and MI to consistently improve and develop processes.
It is important that candidates are comfortable leading a team of recruiters to deliver against high volume hiring plans, ideally on an international scale. Excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to drive strategic plans and oversee effective deliver and services levels is key. Additional language skills will also be highly advantageous.
