This was a newly-created position and I am delighted to be working with said Manager on a new Graduate Recruitment Advisor role in their team. The hires the firm take via their Graduate Recruitment programme are crucial to the firm's future and they are looking to recruit a specialist to lead on this intake.

- managing all trainee recruitment applications (including screening);
- overseeing the recruitment team's administrator who is responsible for coordinating assessment days and then running the assessment days yourself;
- face-to-face interviewing;
- coordinating and leading all feedback sessions;
- extending offers and drafting offer paperwork when required.
You will also be the firm's first point of contact for partners and senior stakeholders and will need to be able to evidence your strong relationship building skills.
Possessing a passion for early careers is a must! To have the best start possible in this role, you will have experience of managing a graduate recruitment cycle and come with creative ideas of how best to attract top talent.
