As such, we are recruiting for a Global Leadership & Talent Director to join their forward thinking HR organisation, and to play a leading role in Global Talent strategies and programmes worldwide.
Reporting to the Global Talent VP, the Global Leadership & Talent Director will be a member of the Global Talent organisation and an active member of the Asia HR Leadership team. The Global Leadership & Talent Director will plan, develop, implement and direct the organisational and talent capabilities framework, strategies and planning across their global markets.
To ensure a high performing and ready future talents, the Global Leadership & Talent Director will be the main advisor to business leaders to identify and provide relevant recommendations or insights, and constantly evolve and modernize the global talent initiatives and programmes to suit an organisation in growth phrase such as talent review, performance management and succession planning. The Global Talent Management Director will champion employee experience to drive an empowering and inclusive culture and workplace.
The Global Leadership & Talent Director will lead, mentor and empower a team of impressive Talent Managers and/or specialists, where necessary, to provide guidance on localization and implementation of Global Talent initiatives for performance management, employee and leadership development.
The Successful Candidate
You should have at least 15 years of talent management experience with proven track record of deploying global Talent programs. You have a strong exposure in implementing talent and development strategies across different geographies and cultures. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a strong commercial acumen to integrate and customise effective organisational and talent strategies and solutions. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
