Global Talent Acquisition Head

We are pleased to be collaborating with one of the leading professional services. With footprints etched across each of the major regions in the world, our client believes in fostering meaningful connections through emplacing people in a transformative experience across their presence in 20 countries. The past two years have shown their resilience and agility to adapt their business model and continue to expand with over 20 new developments slated to be rolled out in the next five years. It is against this hypergrowth backdrop that the client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Director to join the team and take helm of recruitment operations worldwide.

This is a newly created role within the organisation as part of their strategic HR agenda. This role will be based in Hong Kong; there may be an option for remote working arrangements.

Job Description

Global Talent Acquisition Head will be an advisor to the senior Leadership team and a critical role in developing and implementing the talent strategy across their business units in international markets. With a team of recruiters, the Global Talent Acquisition Director will partner with business leaders to proactively identify executive talent gaps, developing recruitment strategies and roadmaps that are supportive of the organisation's ambitious growth agenda, which includes employer branding campaigns.

The organisation prides itself on being an "Employer of Choice" within a highly competitive market, and hence, the Global Talent Acquisition Head is a pivotal part to consistently review, enhance and drive ideas to ensure forward thinking strategies and communications to support their branding.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 10 years of track record in talent acquisition experience, preferably gained from a highly matrix and fast paced environment. Prior experience in professional services or FMCG is highly preferred. As part of the senior HR team, you can critically evaluate and recommend suitable TA strategies to support a high growth organisation across multiple locations in international markets i.e. US, Europe and Asia Pacific. You are analytical and numerically savvy to identify and enhance potential, if any, TA strategies and provide the platform of support to the TA team. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
