Global Reward Director

We are excited to partner with one of the leading professional services companies on a Global Rewards Director role. Such a focus has proven to be even more important in recent years as the organization grows in strength across their international portfolio. It is against this exponential growth that the client is looking for a Global Rewards Director to join the team and take helm of the compensation & benefits operations worldwide.

This role will be based in Hong Kong.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global CHRO, the Global Rewards Director will play a strategic role to the senior leadership team on the directives of global compensation and benefits policies, governance and harmonization to support an organisation in hyper growth phrase across their global operations. The Global Rewards Director will provide an insightful analysis and recommend the necessary Rewards strategy and solutions to set, design and implement the global directives, which include evaluating the status of existing rewards structure to enable a high performing and engaged workforce.

With an ambitious growth plan set, the Global Rewards Director will lead, coach and mentor the Regional Rewards Managers to ensure modernization of rewards policies, programmes and processes. The Global Rewards Director will oversee and delegate any regional and/or global projects on the betterment of rewards policies, this may include working closely with external partners to identify potential issues and/or conceptualise

The Successful Applicant

You should have at least 15 years of Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards experience in a fast paced and matrix organisation, preferably gained in a high growth environment. It will be an advantage to have international and/or global exposure. You have strong C&B foundation to be able to design and craft high level strategies, and hands on to drive those strategies. You are consultative, numerical savvy and solutions oriented. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive Total Rewards programmes across multiple sites.
