I'm working with an international professional services firm to find a Global Mobility Assistant. They have offices in Europe, Asia and North America and you will help employees to move between global offices on assignment, and look after their HR needs while they are away.
You will liaise with external relocation companies to arrange transport and accommodation. You will provide HR support to assignees, including administration around new joiners and leavers, compensation and benefits and employee relations issues. You will answer employee queries and work on various HR projects.
Previous experience of global mobility and HR administration will enable you to hit the ground running. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
