My financial services client is seeking a Global Head of Compensation and Benefits for their diverse team of international employees (300 at present but growing fast). This 100% remote (US based), standalone position will be responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication, administration and compliance for their global compensation and benefit programs. It will be a unique combination of highly strategic and operational hands-on work.
We are looking for a creative individual with strong analytical and problem resolution skills. Previous experience working with diverse global employees is a necessity, as is someone who can head up projects, embrace change and the chance to execute it.
