Our client, a leading global investment firm, is seeking an Executive Search Consultant to be part of their growing team. The Executive Search Consultant will build, nurture and maintain the executive talent bench and help to fill executive level positions across portfolio companies. Responsibilities will include sourcing, recruiting, score-carding, relationship management and mobility/succession planning. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in an executive talent acquisition capacity with previous search experience preferred. Strong project management skills will be required and the ability to own concurrent projects and workstreams including end-to-end search processes.
