A great role now exists within a data driven FTSE 250 business for an Executive Compensation Analyst. Working with the Head of Reward, this role will offer really good visibility and will face off to senior stakeholders (HR Director, RemCo Chair) Key duties will be to take over responsibility for the management and completion of executive reward policies, compliance and communication, including the completion of the DRR and providing analysis for RemCo Papers. The business uses a mix of cash and equity awards across all employee grades and performance equity awards for senior leaders. As a result knowledge of share schemes would be beneficial as this role will be responsible for the delivery of the performance share plan each year and is also a key contact to provide support and data to international HR and finance teams to ensure international filings are completed accurately and on a timely basis. A key aspect of the role is to work with large data sets in order to model potential scenarios and provide data insights. As a Reward SME you will liaise with key stakeholders across the business, such as international HR teams, Legal, Company Secretariat, Finance, Tax and Payroll and provide timely and accurate advice on reward related policies and procedures. You will support of the Head of Reward and the Employment Tax Manager with some global mobility arrangements, liaising with colleagues in tax, to create legislatively compliant arrangements for expatriate employees and liaise with payroll to ensure the correct payment of salary and benefits and the correct tax and social security is deducted for mobile employees.

As a result the business is looking to meet candidates from either reward consulting, perhaps looking for their first in-house role or candidates already working in an in-house Reward Team, but looking to develop their skills and experience within Executive Compensation. It is essential that candidates have advanced Excel skills to include Pivot Tables, V/H Lookups, nested formulas etc. together with clear communication skills. Office location is London, and the business anticipates employees working 3 days a week from home going forward.
