We are delighted to be working with a leading global Fintech organisation to recruit an EMEA Employee Relations Specialist, for an initial 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business in Manchester going through a period of change and add value to their Employee Relations offering across EMEA.
- In this role, you will become part of the EMEA Employee Relations Team and become the point of contact for business leaders and HR business partners across the region on matters relating to performance management, disciplinary, grievance, investigations and redundancy.
- You will conduct investigations for all complex and escalated issues, or those representing significant risk to the organisation.
- You will partner with an ER lead, Business Managers, Legal Counsel and HR Business Partners to provide resolutions for complex issues and concerns, therefore strong interpersonal, organisational and communications skills are essential in this role.
- You will develop and implement employee relations policies, procedures and guidelines, working with HR Policies and Compliance function, including discipline, grievances and complaints.
In order to be considered for this role you will need end-to-end Employee Relations case management experience. As you will deal with a wide variety of EMEA ER casework you'll need to be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and managing everything from performance/ absence management to complex case work and investigations.
In terms of your background - you could be an HR Generalist with ER strengths, or an ER Specialist but what is essential is your confidence, clear communication and measured approach. This is a great opportunity for a UK focussed ER Specialist to expand across EMEA.
