Our client, a leading global banking institution, is looking for an Employee Relations Manager for their Global Markets business unit.
The ER Manager role reports to a leader for this center of excellence at the bank and will work in close partnership with the HR Business Partners on all escalated employee relations matters, carrying an average of 5-6 ongoing cases. In addition, there is an expectation of reviewing disciplinary write ups via the company's issue case management tracking program. The HR Business Partners have a close knit working relationship with the Employee Relations team, often seeking them out for advice and guidance.
Our client is seeking 10+ years of proven experience in an employee relations centers of excellence gained within the financial services sector, ideally Global Markets. Strong knowledge of industry compliance regulations is critical for success in this role as the employee relations team is involved regularly in market misconduct matters at the bank.
