I have just taken on an exciting change project, handling a UK and EMEA wide population on organisational design and change management. The business is seeking to restructure on cost-saving, drive role and strategic changes to the way the business fundamentally operates. Currently low level ER sits with the HR Advisors and generalists, this role will advise best practice ER as well as working on the broader change piece. Ultimately this has a standalone capacity, needs someone who can analyse the core business requirements and design and deliver.

Working closely with the broader areas of HR this role will manage the ER offering across various business units, with an EMEA focus.
Headquartered in London this client is fast paced and the HR team reflects this, so the ability to operate in a concise and direct manner across complex operational and strategic needs is key. As a business they have been growing in terms of headcount and revenue, so some of the ER needs follow this.
The business has a mixture of lower level casework, grievances, disciplinaries combined with the high level and complex ER. This role will suit an experienced and established ER Specialist and someone with an understanding of shaping and driving an ER agenda.
